Update! Don't download the Zip URLResolver from TVAddons Github, this installs Version 5.0.51 with Indigo. If you use the method shown above it installs Ver 5.0.5 without Indigo, but TVAddons could change this at any time. Thanks to, Professor-Obvious, DjDiabolik, for spotting this.
